HOW TO REGISTER

  1. Complete the appropriate registration form by clicking on one of the links below.
  2. Please note in-person and online private tutorials, subject area and preferred days and times.
  3. All tuition fees are pre-paid and must accompany the registration form.
  4. Individual tutors will create their own schedules and manage payment independently. Referrals for tutors can take place by calling 412-563-1413 OR by calling the former Director’s cell at 412-427-2116.

ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-2025 

We look forward to the new academic year and new beginnings. The Academy will continue to offer some online tutorials to students and parents who prefer this type of tutorial. Many students have adapted quite successfully to online instruction so we will offer this option for now, but we encourage in-person instruction if possible.

Registration is currently underway for the new fall session. Parents should send in their registrations in order to guarantee placement and a selection of days and times as well as teacher preference.

Avoid the “Summer Slide” by reinforcing skills from the academic year, filling the learning gaps, and preparing your child for the challenges of the upcoming school year. Register now and minimize the slippage while strengthening skills and recovering from lost learning. Continued learning in some form can also be a protective factor against anxiety and depression Students will benefit from engaging content while keeping their brains active. Increase confidence and academic readiness for the upcoming school year by enrolling your child in a one-on-one tutorials or group classes. Programs are customized to children’s learning levels, and enrichment opportunities are provided as well.

  • Summer tutorial classes can be scheduled at any time throughout the summer. Tutorials meet twice weekly for a minimum of 6 class periods.
  • Tutorials are scheduled upon receipt of your registration form. No specific times are listed. Parents choose the class, days and the times they prefer and note them on the tutorial registration form.
