In the wake of the Corona Virus, the Academy is transitioning to personalized, one on one, online tutoring. This requires fundamentally changing how we think about teaching and learning. We have been very busy designing meaningful ways to keep our students engaged, and needless to say I have been challenged in so many new ways, but I feel this is a great opportunity to help maintain the slippage during public school closings.
Our main goal is to keep teachers, parents, and our students safe during these trying times, however, we are deeply concerned about our student’s progress and anxious to provide assistance so they do not fall behind. We value our relationships with our students, and we hope to maintain the same quality of instruction as we move forward exploring on-line learning together.
Currently we are processing and scheduling requests. We will begin instruction on Tuesday, April 14th, and continue to proceed offering classes online throughout the state mandated school closings. As always, we look forward to providing personalized learning experiences for your children. In the meantime I sincerely hope that you and your loved ones stay safe!
